In my town, I see more fruit and veggies sold loose in shops. Meanwhile, most shops stopped providing their customers with free plastic bags. They are still available but for small fees. Some shops provide decomposable ones. And one super market has stopped providing them all together. So, shoppers are getting used to the idea of having their own reusable bags. It is taking time, but slowly and surely.
