The video is based on a bullshit argument. The doctor was comparing the annual death rate of the flu with the first few weeks of coronavirus. We are now losing more people per week to coronavirus than per year to the flu. The video was left up until it was obvious that the argument was both bogus and dangerous.

That is actually number of confirmed cases, which number depends on number of people tested, and if tests are administered to the population at large or only to those already exhibiting symptoms.
