People kiss the ass of a brutal dictator every sunday in church.

Seriously, the atrocities perpetrated by dictators throughout history would pale in comparison to the god of the bible and other gods if they existed.
Most of them do when you take into account how many have been killed in the name of a god.

Ashamed? We passed that about 1,000 miles back! How about outraged? How about infuriated?

Trump is playing the part of Nero with history repeating itself.... Let's hope the story continues as written!

Instead of being "ashamed", I'm going to go with angry AF, and support his removal. By whatever means necessary.

KKGator Level 9 Mar 3, 2019

By whatever legal means necessary.... smile009.gif

@camne Meh, whatever.

@camne you must be one of those "nice" people I hear about.....

@AnneWimsey one thing I've learned, is that the term "legal" is very flexible...

I'm not a kamikaze, I prefer having a good exit strategy.

I have nothing to be ashamed of but this is just another dictators ass for trumpski. He’s a pussy mob boss wannabe and he’s attracted to men that are dictators. Otto’s parents let 45 know exactly what they thought of his pandering.

Not, sadly, the first time this idiot has embarrassed the USA

AnneWimsey Level 8 Mar 3, 2019

And he's not going to stop until we break out the guillotine and make him a head shorter.

Who? What country?

Vague posts are annoying.

SkotlandSkye Level 8 Mar 3, 2019

Seriously. I hate this shit.

@Gooniesnvrdie it’s like some people can’t grasp the concept that this site is worldwide and there are people here from 20+ countries

Yes. I really dislike vague posts too. If you’re going to take the time to post something, then go ahead and fully explain what you are talking about.

Now these days I don’t watch a lot of news, but I think the post is about Trump & Kim Jung Un of North Korea.

Really you can't figure this out

All those that voted for Trump, you got what you deserved, am egotistical moron, that doesnt know how to run a country, and only incites hate and raciest bigotry through out his office. Let this be a lesson, without knowledge comes ignorant possibilities that may cause tremendous harm throughout our world and our great nation. I have always voted Independent, so i can put the best person, with the right amount of experience in the White House

It's so sad that people still support this guy.

I think it appears to be a mental illness, people defend the most brutal people, based around on ideology,Clinton,Bush,Obama, all.if them.extremely brutal,Bush could say was the worst in terms of the shock and awe ,But he had that brutality backed ,so Obama and Clinton would of done the same ...

Anyways ,now those who were against Obama for the wars ,are now for Trump and whatever he does ,in war ,and anything else ...a lot of Obama supporters did the same thing...

Bush got elected twice and so did Obama..this is a vicious cycle..

It's like children who just do the opposite to try and win ...it's insanity

Trump isnt "brutal". Hes a fucking crybaby. A spoiled rich kid, whose never been told "no". His bullshit wouldnt fly if most of his sidekicks didnt agree with him, regardless of what they say in interviews or whatever. This isnt the work of just one man. He is just the mouthpiece, the buffoon, the sacrificial idiot, who is too stupid to know anything about policy, diplomacy, empathy etc. The Republicans are getting what they want. Trump is perfect for their cause. They will ditch him, and emerge a "kindler, gentler, more caring" party when it's all over, and probably get another Republican elected.

Gooniesnvrdie Level 7 Mar 4, 2019

I can see this even if it is not what I want. It's what will happen and I agree with your every word. The irony here is that our public will see it as the GOP having a change of heart and be taken in by it all one more time.

@DenoPenno Yep. Just like compared to Trump, George Bush seems like a "nice guy" now.

Not calling trump cruel, calling kim cruel

Countries do not have friends, they have interests.
In this case the interest is to not have Seoul blown up, loosing the biggest allied economical partner in the region, and build perhaps a powerful USA ally right on China's yard (an unified Korea would be an economic and nuclear power).
And common!!! USA did far worse not long ago, it already built up brutal dictatorships across the rest of the continent, or middle east. Even South Korea was also a military dictatorship not long ago. The difference is that NK is extremely persona list, so no point in negotiation with diplomats when the Kin Jon fatty is the one who decides.
China does the same stuff but they have a state diplomacy stronger and well organized, so in China there is an army of diplomats instead of 1 to one talk, but the talks are the same "behave on the economical side, do not blow any ally and we let you handle things inside your borders without complaining or exposing".

Actually now I am in doubt if you are talking about NK or SA...

And every president in my life has done it with Saudi Arabia.

I love how Trump thinks that he's the friend of all of the other presidents.

It just goes to show you how alone he is.

Dyl1983 Level 6 Mar 6, 2019

Saudi Arabia......all.the presidents as far as I know since it's inception have bowed to those people...they say it's about oil ..but..no it's about those who have the money and power and want to keep it and have more of it ...to put it simply...

JesseThompson Level 7 Mar 5, 2019

It's been done all throughout history by U.S. presidents, and although U.S. presidents aren't technically dictators themselves, they're pretty damn close with their imperialistic ways.

1

I'm not ashamed. Embarrassed sure. But not ashamed. I served 2 men who were better Presidents than this tool could ever hope to be. W.J. Clinton and G.W. Bush. Both better men and better Presidents than Trump could dream of being.

motrubl4u Level 7 Mar 3, 2019

Both of them are criminals...no different than Charlie Manson .. But you're like a Charlie Manson follower..so ..so not surprised...I know you just cooked and cleaned for Charlie, you didn't stab a pregnant woman..

Thought I blocked that pos

We should.

I know. Just like Obama bowing to the Saudi prince. However its important to try and keep peace. I know the irony is crazy coming from the worlds military industrial complex, but still..

Biptu Level 5 Mar 3, 2019

"...but...Obama..."

Trump has taken Putin's word over all the American intel agencies. Taken the Saudi's word about murdering a journalist. Taken Un's word about killing an American. Yes, that's EXACTLY the same as Obama ritually bowing to a foreign dignitary.

Edited

@david75090 Indeed, when Obama was president, my father (who is a Vietnam Veteran with PTSD and manic depression, among other things) not once defended lying, cheating, stealing, draft dodging, dismemberment, and murder. He defends all these today, sometimes daily.

Trump has only been in office two years, and over those two years dad has been watching Fox News 24/7. Dad has said Khashoggi deserved to get dismembered and murdered, that women and children at the border should be shot (after Trump said rocks should count as rifles), that everyone except Fox and Trump are lying (even when they contradict themselves), and every variation on the theme that socialism is evil (he's been on 100% VA disability for 23 years! ...and still complains about not getting more social security than he anticipated).

All of dad's mental health issues have worsened over these past two years. His paranoia, fear, anger, and mood swings are back to how they were when I was a child 40 years ago.

Edited

@greyeyed123 So sorry you have to go through it again!

Not even close

@greyeyed123 I think you PTSD, depression, is not the only thing your father suffers from

We did it for at least past 20 years

Which dictator?

Renickulous Level 7 Mar 3, 2019

I’m guessing N Korea

@sandrarocks83 its tricky, go to war over our citizens going there and breaking the law. Do we respect their laws against anti government reporting? Or do we get to ignore their laws and let them ignore ours? Just a poor spot to be

@Renickulous But you can see how it seems distasteful to some for Trump (or anyone) to defend the murder and dismemberment of an American journalist, but soft ball the death of an American because he stole a propaganda poster in North Korea. There are American values involved here that seem to not matter to some anymore.

@greyeyed123 oh yeah this is the shit that comes with wanting the highest seat in the circuit

@greyeyed123 Americans don't have much of values to talk about. I still looking for ones that they can be proud of.
